Hand cut raw honeycomb by a sustainable beekeeping practice offering award-winning raw honeys with authentic terroir and stories to tell. They believe in traditional ways of beekeeping that always place bee welfare first. Through their pioneering ‘Green Offset’ policy, they plant pollinator gardens in their local community and keep aperies on behalf of a number of visionary organisations who are committed to ensuring net biodiversity gain.  Every honey is a perfect snapshot of its origin, from the lie of the land and the plants that grow there to the weather which shaped that year’s honey harvest. The hand cut section of comb is presented in a matching box and offers the chance to experience honey in its simplest, and some would say most delicious, form. The comb is made in Scottish countryside hives, in Scotland. Never blended, heated or micro-filtered.
