Thackray Brown was founded by Father - Daughter duo in 2020 with the goal of creating the best British hampers. Both food lovers, we felt gift hampers had become uninspiring; packed full of long life, 'filler' items in pretty packaging, most of which ends up in the back of a cupboard. Boring. 

We decided to reinvent them to create joy giving, delicious hampers that showcase artisanal produce from across Britain, the kind of items that you usually find in a farmers market or deli. This means small batch, hand-made food & drink you cannot wait to eat. To us, this is the real definition of luxury.

Our business is built on integrity to quality & sustainability at every level. Our hampers are all British, inside & out. To uphold these values means we make a reduced margin on every hamper, but we are proud to prioritise better business practices over bigger profits.
