We believe luxury and sustainability should go hand in hand.

Our hampers showcase artisan food and drink from across Britain. We work with small-scale producers who specialise in what they do, from makers preserving centuries-old regional recipes to businesses developing new products and more responsible ways of working.

We are particular about who we work with. Quality comes first, but we also consider how products are made, where ingredients come from, packaging choices, social impact, animal welfare and environmental practices.

We do not add low value filler items just to make a hamper look, on first appearance, more impressive. 

Taste, provenance and craft. That is our idea of luxury.

The same thinking goes into the packaging.

Most of our hampers use biodegradable mycelium boxes grown in Nottingham. They are designed to be composted or planted in the ground after use. Our larger hampers are made from reclaimed wood in England by New Life Wood, while the protective materials inside our hampers are recycled or green-manufactured wherever possible.

If you are planning a larger Christmas order, we recommend getting in touch with us directly so we can discuss what you need.

Corporate orders can be placed by email if online checkout is not suitable, and you are also welcome to call us to discuss bespoke orders or multiple hampers.

For UK addresses, we use tracked Royal Mail or APC services. International delivery is also available on request for fully tailored hampers, subject to the destination and the products being sent.

For branded elements, orders need to be in by the end of Oct.

2. Can corporate Christmas hampers be sent to multiple addresses?

Correct to multiple addresses or all to one office.

3. Can I send a corporate Christmas hamper outside the UK?

Yes. We offer international DHL delivery on request for fully tailored hampers, with a minimum spend of £150 per hamper

The hamper contents may need to be adjusted to meet the restrictions of the destination country. We cannot send perishable products outside the UK because of the risk of spoilage in transit.

4. What happens if an artisan product is unavailable?

Because we work with small-scale artisan producers, availability can occasionally change.

If we experience supply difficulties, we may substitute an item with an alternative of equal or higher quality and value. For special dietary hampers, we will make an appropriate substitution.

5. How can I track my Christmas hamper?

We send UK orders using tracked Royal Mail or APC services. Once an online order has been fulfilled, your unique tracking number will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout.
