A fantastic hamper that was shared by all the family over a weekend away for my Dad’s 60th.

The charcuterie and cheese selection were both great (and very tasty) and showcased some of the fine producers we have around the UK.

All topped off with a lovely glass of English Pinot Noir which was included.

Would highly recommend and I will be back for another soon.

Hi, I received this hamper as a thank you for my hard work ahead of a weekend away. It was the perfect gift to take away and indulge during a relaxing weekend. It was really unique and it was like it had been personalised for me as I liked all of it! It had great quality produce which had been clearly well thought out and were complementary to each other. I have never had queenie scallops before, yum! I also really liked the sustainable focus and I have already put the box in my compost. I would definitely recommend this product. Thank you!

This is my 3rd time ordering a hamper from you for special friends - this time as a gift for an overnight stay. What a hit! My discerning hosts were blown away and insisted on sharing some of the booty with their dinner guests. Amazing! All I had hoped and more. Superlative quality, variety and the wonderful tasting notes were as unexpected as they were apt. Truly, a great gift and I'll be back for more. Keep it up. We need options like you are putting out there to escape the blandness of the corporate gifting culture.

I bought this for mother's day for my mother in law. It was a big hit with her and she absolutely loved all the bits and bobs inside. I had to deviate slightly from the traditional mother's day hamper and go for one that included cheese and smoked fish as my mother in law doesn't do sugar but being Swedish, she loves seafood and cheese! Customer service was out of this world with Tori going above and beyond to make sure I got my hamper in time. I will definitely be going to Thackray Brown's for all my hamper needs from now on!

I totally loved the hamper I received for Valentine’s Day. Unlike usual hampers where there are often what I describe as “filler items” every single item really stood out as being something special and fully deserved it’s place. The scotch egg was full of flavour, the Stilton as good as I have eaten. The real star for me was the cows milk soft cheese - I wasn’t sure what to expect - creamy, full of flavour but not overpowering. I will now be searching this cheese out as I think it has now become my favourite cheese ever! Even the shortbread which I would usually not get excited about was up there in best shortbread ever category. I love the fact that each item comes from a specialist producer and there is detail provided on the producers themselves. So much effort has also been taken over environmentally friendly packaging. In summary, a really special hamper put together with real passion for stunning artisan products which have clearly been searched out as real stars in their own categories! Thackray Brown will now be my hamper of choice when I want to send something to clients/friends that really stands out as special and not just the default “posh hamper” from one of the big providers.

I purchased The Hester as a gift which was an enormous success, the quality of the produce alongside the detailed and thoughtful notes on each product was perfection. And the fact that the packaging was made of mycelium just added to this perfection! Thank you, I will order again :)
