LEMON DROP CHILLI JAM

This is a very hot chilli jam! Lemon Drop Chillies are very hot chillies that have a unique lemony flavour. We use them in this jam for a citrusy hot flavour. Great with chicken or in a cheese toastie. Great Taste Two Star Award Winner 2018.

Ingredients: sugar, lemon drop chillies, cider vinegar, natural pectin.

Prepared with 27g chillies per 100g, total sugars 54g per 100g

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Nicola started Single Variety Co back in 2016 determined to make the very best tasting fruit preserves and chilli jams on the market. It all began from her kitchen at home in London. Having visited nearby fruit and chilli farms she tried and experimented with lots of different varieties until she had developed the tastiest jams using the least sugar possible. Her mission is to make jams which showcase the true flavour of the fruit. Whilst she has now outgrown her home kitchen, she still stays true to our roots, passionately sourcing as many of her ingredients from the UK including her chillies during the summer months.
